How to subscribe to imystro?

Step-by-step Guide

1- Signup

  1. Click the ‘sign up’ button in the top right corner of the homepage.
  2. Create a username.
  3. Select the country you are in and insert your mobile number.
  4. Create a password made of 6 digits as a minimum.
  5. Read the terms & conditions, and tick the box that you agree to them.
  6. Click register.
  7. A new page will open to complete your profile.

2- Complete your profile

  1. A verification code will be sent as a message on your mobile.
  2. Insert the verification code you received.
  3. Complete your profile by adding all the information required.
  4. Click confirm.
  5. Once your account is created, you will be brought back to imystro homepage.

The first three videos in module 1 ‘Cells’ are free, and anyone who creates an account can watch them.

3- Pay & select your course

  1. Click the ‘subscriptions’ button up.
  2. Select the course and the payment category you want.
  3. A payment wizard page will open. Complete the information required.
  4. Add the credit card details.
  5. Once you pay, the course you paid for will be added automatically into ‘my courses’ page.
  6. To view the course details, you need to click on ‘read more’ button.

4- Watch course videos

  1. To be able to watch the course videos, click on any of the module videos.
  2. Download the ‘imystro desktop viewer application’ up to be able to open the videos. Select the first one if your laptop is windows or the 2nd for MAC laptops.
  3. The app will be downloaded on your laptop on the side as you see here.

4.1- Watch For Windows

  1. Only windows 8, 10, and 11 can be used.
  2. Open the ‘imystro desktop viewer application’ you downloaded.
  3. A blue box ‘windows protected your PC’ will appear. Press the button for more info.
  4. Select ‘run any way’.
  5. Another box with imystro logo will appear. This indicates that the ‘imystro desktop viewer application’ has been installed. Now you can open any video to watch.

4.2- Watch For Mac

  1. Only applicable for versions from 2015 onwards.
  2. Open the Apple menu, and click Preferences.
  3. Click Security & Privacy. Click the General tab.
  4. Click the lock in the lower right corner of the window.
  5. Enter your username and password when prompted, and click Unlock. Click the App Store and Identified Developers radial button.
  6. Look for(iMystroDesktopViewer) and click Open Anyway.
  7. Open the iMystroDesktopViewer app from your apps
  8. Quit the iMystroDesktopViewer app from right-click menu
  9. Go to imystro website and open any video to watch.

Note: You can only access imystro through two devices: a laptop and a mobile. If you change your laptop, please contact us via support@imystro.com to inform us about the change in your device, so that we enable your second device to access imystro.
