Marwa has around 21 years of experience in the field of education. She holds a Master degree in the Arts of Education from the University of Sunderland in UK. She has completed the online program ‘Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership (CAEL)’ by Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is currently a Senior Teacher Educator at Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA). She is also the Program Manager for the USAID Pre-service Teacher Education Project in Jordan (PRESTIJ). She is currently a Middle East Professional Learning Initiative (MEPLI) Convener and an online workshop facilitator at Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has previously worked as an IB DP Coordinator in her previous school, where she established the DP department and supported the DP authorization processes. She was also the Biology Subject Leader and an IB DP Biology teacher at the same school. She is an IB workshop leader and an IB examiner. She is the author of the book "Biology for IB Diploma Programme Course Preparation" published by Oxford. She was also a fellow in the Middle East Professional Learning Initiative Fellowship (MEPLI) at Harvard Graduate School of Education for year 2017-2018.
